Program Description

Pre-Clinic: For 1st and 2nd graders. This program provides some technique, attention-getting games that improve the skills required for competition later on.
Clinic: Typically for wrestlers in 3rd and 4th grade with minimal skills. Focuses on foundations of wrestling. Competition for this group is based on readiness and focus in practice.
Junior Varsity: Typically for 3rd grade and above with good attention span/ focus, intermediate skill level. Focuses on foundations of wrestling, but moves at a faster rate than Clinic. Competition available.
Varsity: For our experienced wrestlers. Focuses on advanced technique.
